We do have a team of dedicated staffs in R&D, Technology , production and service. We have 8 professional technician in sample room, 50 new styles launched each month. We have 6 English speaking senior merchandiser to communicate with you on time to care about your order. We have more than 100 skilled sewing worker in house and 160,000 pcs production capacity each month. We have 8 strict QC to keep eyes on your products. Each product will be inspected 5 times before we ship it to you. The minimum order quantity depends on the product model, custom model, the selected fabric and the print design.

Ready Design is our ready-to-go collection of activewear designs. Choose the pieces you like, put your brand on them – and they're ready to sell! Each year we conduct extensive research on what sportswear is in, what's out, and what the upcoming trends are for the season ahead. From that we create a collection of styles – both on trend and re-worked classics. You can mix and match tops, shorts and leggings between any styles. You could even combine them with your custom designs to flesh out your active line. All styles are available in our full range of fabrics, in all colors and in any print. There are no development costs (pattern making & grading) with ready design. You only pay per piece. It's the quickest, simplest and most affordable method to manufacture an activewear label.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Fashion Development Step by Step

1. Develop your Activewear

We only need a sketch based on your ideas; you can send a hand drawing, reference product or digital image for better visualization. Together, we discuss your product to make sure we get it right already with the order.

2. Create a Tech Pack

We come up with a professional design file for your custom clothing, commonly referred to as Tech Pack. This will include the designs, colors, and materials of the requested item. We compile a list of all the materials that are needed by fashion manufacturers to realize the garment.

3. Get a Cut Sheet

We determine the length, width and height for all parts of the requested item. Different sizes and designs require attention to detail so that the apparel manufacturing companies have precise instructions. Put everything on paper and soon turn it into a product to become a vendor!

4. Sample it!

Now, based on the created data of the design, we can create their first sample. This is the ideal way to get a feel for the chosen designs and fabrics, to make any adjustments before going into bulk production. After the sample is created, it will be sent to you per package.
This is a crucial point before you move to bulk production of your design.

5. Start your bulk production

After you decide on the perfect sample, we are ready to integrate the design into the production line at the garment factory for mass production. We watch upon the custom clothing production process to secure as well as manage it.

6. Quality Control

We inspect each bulk production batch at the clothing manufacturing company for any possible issues. We want you to deliver a perfect wholesale clothing product and we are helping you achieve it.

We offer a wide range of activewear fabrics and constantly add new fabrics in tune with current trends for you to choose from. All our fabrics are tested by us and all have a quality to make a high- end activewear product. The fabrics displayed on this page is our key range. We have more options available.

Our 'Italian' fabrics are in stock for black/white and sometimes other colors for sampling. For production we have to import fabrics from Italy, France which takes about 3-4 weeks. The MCO Swim' fabrics are usually available directly, ready in stock, for samples or production.

Do note that any selection of fabrics; either 'MCO Swim' or 'Italian'might be out of stock temporarily and needs to re-made by fabric mill. Our sales team will let you know if any color is out of stock and you can choose to wait, or choose a similar color.
Important notice: Colors on digital or printed fabric swatches are not identical to actual fabric colors.

Do expect some color deviation due to screen/printing technology variations. The only way to see exact colors are to view the actual fabric swatches by naked eye, and preferably in sunlight and not artificial light.
