MCO package has expert techniques and tools to protect your items for shipping. It is strong enough through layers of icking. you can enjoy buying without worrying about subsequent assembly problems.
MCO usually uses two methods for kitchen cabinet packing. One is RTA (Ready to assemble) and the other is fully sembled. As to the glass and countertops, we use cartons for packing and reinforce them with wooden frames to avoid eakage in transit.
1. After the production and inspection of kitchen cabinets, they will be packed in cartons. First, foamed plastics are placed at the bottom of the carton to prepare for panel packing.
2. Then, every panel in the cartons is separately lined with EPE foam sheets and air bubble films.
3. After that, foamed plastics are placed at the top of the carton to ensure that the panels are well-wrapped.
4. For the packing of glass and countertops, MCO packs them into cartons that are covered with wooden frames. This is particularly important for preventing breakage during shipment.
5. Without wooden frames, MCO panels in cartons will be bound externally with rope.
6. Every client who buys MCO cabinetry products receives a contract number for their order. This contract number and the product name will be marked on the outside of each carton before shipment.
7. Regular strong seaworthy packing is completed.
8. Finally, pre-packaged cartons will be unloaded into the warehouse, awaiting shipment.
